Warranty & Return Policy

All products on THINKCLOUD.com are 100% brand new and original, sourced from authorized channels, and typically have no quality issues. However, to address customer needs, we have established the following return policy. Generally, return requests can be submitted within 365 days of receiving the goods, except for items marked as “Non-Cancelable/Non-Returnable (NCNR)” or those subject to specific purchase agreements.

 How to Return:  
1. Log in to the Member Center, click on Return Request, fill in the order number and a description of the issue, and submit the application.  
2. Send an email containing the order number and details of the return request to sales25@dn-ic.com.  

Return Conditions:  
- A defect report must be provided within 365 days of delivery; requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.  
- Photos of the product must be provided (including packaging, labels, and surface markings).  
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with the outer packaging free from damage or moisture.  
- Return authorization must be obtained.  

 Refund Conditions:  
- For returns not due to product quality defects, the customer is responsible for shipping costs, customs duties, and other return-related expenses.  
- For returns confirmed to have product quality issues, shipping costs, customs duties, and other return expenses will be borne by the seller.  
- THINKCLOUD.com will process refunds within 3-5 days of receiving the returned goods.
